In a pan with the olive oil saute all the vegetables, previously chopped.
Chop the meats, along with the ham, and add them to the braised. Stir well and cook until the meat is pink.
Season with teaspoon salt, pepper and nutmeg and remove from the heat, letting it cool. At that point, add the 30g parmesan and beaten egg to the filling, wrapping well.
Bake the dough in boiling water seasoned with the remaining salt, dripping well.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Arrange half of the tomato sauce on the bottom of a tray.
